It is quite disappointing, not to say scandalous, to have a store that never answers your phone. You can call any day and at any time, they never answer you, you have to travel even to ask a simple question...

Very disappointed with the after-sales service. Purchase of a pump on June 6, valve failure on August 14. Disassembly at the store. The valve works but water is leaking everywhere. The after-sales service on which you are told to fend for yourself does not work. The part has been dismantled. Forced to buy the valve block at my expense. Sorry, but Amazon provides real after-sales service.
